    1. Selection and control of thrust roller bearing chamber tolerance: After the thrust roller bearing is pressed into the thrust roller bearing, it should be flexible and unblocked. If the obvious rotation is not flexible, it indicates that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance is lowered. If the thrust roller bearing is pressed into the shaft and turned by hand, there is a clear "sand" feeling, which may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, it is necessary to control the roundness when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and the thrust roller bearing chamber. Many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance and do not control the roundness.
    2. Assembly method of thrust roller bearing: Because the thrust roller bearing is a high-precision product, if the assembly is improper, it is easy to damage the thrust roller bearing channel, resulting in damage to the thrust roller bearing. Thrust roller bearings should have a special mold during assembly. They should not be knocked at will. When pressing the shaft, only a small circle is required. When the large circle is pressed, only a large circle is required. Air pressure or hydraulic pressure is required for assembly. The upper and lower molds should be outside the horizontal state during press-fit. If the tilting causes the thrust roller bearing channel to be damaged due to the force, the thrust roller bearing will produce a sound.
    3. Prevention of assembly of foreign objects: When the thrust roller bearing is mounted on the rotor to make dynamic balance, it is easy to enter the iron scrap generated during dynamic balance into the thrust roller bearing. Therefore, it is better to load balance before loading the thrust roller bearing. . In order to facilitate assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease to the thrust roller bearing room for lubrication. However, it is often difficult for the operator to control the amount if oil or grease accumulates in the thrust roller bearing room. It is easy to enter the inside of the thrust roller bearing along the shaft when the thrust roller bearing rotates. It is best not to apply oil or grease to the thrust roller bearing chamber. If it is not painted, it must be controlled not to accumulate in the thrust roller bearing chamber.
    4, the prevention of paint rust: paint rust is characterized by multiple seals in the motor, the motor sounds very good in the assembly, but after some time in the warehouse, the motor noise is very large, remove the thrust roll The sub-bearing has severe rust. In the past, many manufacturers considered it to be a problem of thrust roller bearings. After our constant publicity, the motor factory has realized that it is mainly a problem of insulating varnish. This problem is mainly caused by the acidic substance volatilized by the insulating paint forming a corrosive substance under a certain temperature and humidity, and the thrust roller bearing channel is corroded and the thrust roller bearing is damaged. The problem can only be that a good insulating varnish is selected and assembled after drying for a period of time after drying.
